| From Highway 400 going north: take exit 8 (Mansell Road). Go west on Mansell Road. Turn right onto
Alpharetta Highway. Continue north, passing North Fulton Hospital. Turn left onto Upper Hembree Road by
the CVS pharmacy and Shell gas Station. We are in the 1st office
park on the right. Go past the two story building and turn right onto Bellsmith Drive. We are the 1st building
on the right past the two-story building. It is a red-brick, one-story building with brick columns on either side
of the front door. ROSWELL MEDICAL BUILDING is the sign on the top of our building. |

| From Highway 400 going south: Take exit 9 (Haynes Bridge Road). Go west on Haynes Bridge Road. Turn
left onto Alpharetta Highway/ Main Street. Continue south until you reach the intersection of North Meadow
Parkway/ Upper Hembree Road. There is a traffic light and a CVS Pharmacy and Shell gas station here. Turn
right onto Upper Hembree Road, Turn right on Upper Hembree Road. We are in the 1st office park on
the right. Go past the two-story building and turn right onto Bellsmith Drive. We are the 1st building on the
right past the two-story building. It is a red-brick, one-story building with brick columns on either side of the
front door. ROSWELL MEDICAL BUILDING is the sign on the top of our building. |
