has chosen the appropriate treatment, the Treatment Coordinator and guest work closely to make sure the
fees are affordable through a variety of payment options. We will personalize your care as it relates to your
individual schedule. The Treatment Coordinator’s goal is to be an advocate for the guest and his or her
individual needs. |

Insurance Policy and Payment:
Payment is expected at time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and
American Express. We also participate in Care Credit (www.carecredit.com), a third party financing group,
which can allow patients to get dental procedures completed up front while spacing payments out as needed.
For our patients with dental insurance, call us with your dental insurance information beforehand, or bring
your dental insurance information with you to your appointment. |
